You’re not eligible — at least on paper.

Based on your answers, your organisation doesn’t meet Google’s standard eligibility checklist for the Ad Grant.

But the reality is, many successful applications don’t start out looking “eligible”.

We understand how Google evaluates organisations in practice — not just the surface-level rules — and we’ve helped organisations access the grant despite not fitting the obvious mould.

Book a free consultation and we’ll assess whether there’s a genuine pathway forward for your organisation.

Not eligible doesn’t mean no options!

At this stage, the most useful next step is a conversation.

In 20–30 minutes, we’ll assess your organisation beyond the surface-level eligibility rules and explain how Google evaluates applications in practice.

You’ll leave the call with clarity on whether the Ad Grant is realistic for you.

And if it is, what the pathway looks like. No pressure. No obligation.

What we’ll cover in the consultation…

  • Where your organisation currently stands against real eligibility criteria
  • Whether there’s a legitimate pathway to the Google Ad Grant
  • What would need to change to qualify (if anything)
  • Whether pursuing the grant actually makes sense for your organisation

In other words, we’ll have a no nonsense discussion and tell you if and how your organisation can get the grant

Your current position

You don’t qualify right now

Trying without guidance usually leads nowhere

There may still be a viable pathway

We’ll help you map that pathway clearly

What this is…

more importantly,

what this isn’t

This is…

A practical assessment

For clarity and next steps

Honest, even if the answer is no

This isn’t…

A sales pitch

A generic checklist walkthrough

An obligation to proceed

If an application is possible, and any additional work is needed to support your application, we’ll outline it clearly and suggest a course of action.

No hidden fees, lock ins or tricks.

Step 1: Getting the grant

Step 2: Keeping it and making it work

Approval unlocks up to $170,000 per year in free Google Ads. But without the right structure and ongoing compliance, many accounts are suspended or underperform within months.

Once your Google Ad Grant is approved, your account must meet strict performance and policy requirements to remain active, including:

  • Maintaining minimum click-through rates

  • Following keyword and ad quality standards

  • Structuring campaigns in line with Google’s grant policies

  • Ensuring your website and tracking remain compliant

For many charities, this is where things fall apart.

Not because the work isn’t good, but because the rules are strict, the platform is technical, and the margin for error is small.

Accounts get limited. Performance drops. Compliance issues creep in.

And the grant that looked so powerful on paper never reaches its full potential.

That’s why the organisations who truly succeed with the Google Ad Grant don’t stop at approval.

They put the right structure, strategy, and oversight in place to make sure it actually works.

If and when you’re approved, we’re here to help with that too – compliance, optimisation, and turning visibility into real outcomes for your mission.

There’s no obligation to continue beyond the application.

But if you want a team who already understands your organisation, your goals, and where most accounts go wrong, we’re always available to help further.

FAQ’s

Once your grant is approved, your account goes live with access to up to $10,000USD per month in Google Ads (Approx. $15,000AUD).

From there, the focus shifts to using the grant effectively and staying compliant. Google has ongoing performance and policy requirements, and this is where many organisations run into trouble if the account isn’t actively managed.

If you’d like, we can continue supporting you with compliance, optimisation, and strategy, helping ensure your grant stays active and actually drives enquiries, donations, or awareness for your mission.

There’s no obligation to continue beyond approval. Some organisations choose to manage the grant internally, but most prefer ongoing support. The choice is always yours.

No.

There is no upfront fee for the grant application, and no requirement to commit to ongoing services.

Our success-fee model means you only pay once your grant is approved and live. Ongoing support is entirely optional.

We’ve designed the process this way to be transparent, low-risk, and easy to approve at a leadership or board level. We also offer multiple fee options so there is always one to suit every organisations needs.

If your organisation isn’t eligible yet, we’ll explain exactly why and what would need to change.

In some cases, small updates are required to meet Google’s policies. If that happens, we’ll clearly outline what’s needed and let you decide how to proceed — whether that’s with your existing team, another provider, or with us.

There’s no obligation to move forward, and no pressure to fix everything at once. The assessment is designed to give you clarity, not force a decision.

Yes — the model is intentionally designed to be board-safe.

There are no hidden fees, no long-term lock-ins, no revenue sharing on donations, and no upfront risk.

The success fee is only payable once the grant is approved, and any additional work is clearly scoped and approved in advance.

Everything is transparent, documented, and aligned with best practice governance for not-for-profits.
